Ron-Vik was founded in 1948 by Merle Vikre to solve a problem – clogged lawn sprinkler heads. The company's first product combined mesh and plastic to create the filter washer, a product still in widespread use today. This innovative approach is still evident in the wide range of products we have designed and manufactured since our founding. We have assembled a unique combination of processes and a staff of skilled and experienced engineers and tool makers. We have also developed and built proprietary equipment to increase the efficiency of manufacture.
Ron-Vik is a domestic manufacturer located in a company owned facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our proprietary processes and expertise allow us to be a competitive domestic supplier. Ron-Vik values customer relationships and we have many spanning more than 30 years. We believe that a long term relationship allows us to better understand and respond to your needs.
